Job DescriptionWe are looking for a person to join the Design and Technical Services Corporate Team and support the team in everything related to soft refurbishments ongoing, project design and execution objectives of Design & Technical Department. This person will assist in the setup and development of different projects in Europe from office in Madrid development of smaller projects by verifying budget, design approval and coordination. It is a great opportunity to develop project management skills & experience in hospitality projects. Based in Madrid OfficeSupport area Project Managers and Area Directors on delivering soft refurbishments.Prepare executive reports of projects with different toolsCoordinate information coming from hotelsSupport team members with necessary material/feedbackPunctually support in projects by coordinating information with different stakeholdersReporting and coordination with consultants for soft refurbishments.Deal with different Interior Designers developing projects in EMEA to achieve quality and cost objectivesSupport area office team with daily tasksInterpretation of design drawings and specifications for approvalPrepare Design scope based on Interior Designer feedbackAssessment of existing FFE condition and operational layoutQ&A; with contractorsUndertake all CAD drawingsAsk suppliers for offersFollow-up of ordersThe description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive.
