You will grow the business by developing strong partnerships with distributors, winning new customers, and creating long‑term value in the HORECA market. You will operate with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, managing your territory end‑to‑end while collaborating closely with internal teams (pre‑sales, marketing, customer care). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Own and grow the territory (Cataluña & Aragón) Manage your sales area as a true business: define priorities, identify growth pockets, and ensure consistent monthly performance. Develop and activate the dealer network Build strong, trust‑based relationships with existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners when relevant. Generate new business opportunities Create demand by connecting end customers (restaurants, hotels, chains) with the right dealers and solutions. Win and manage customer relationships Acquire new customers and nurture existing accounts by understanding their operational needs and translating them into tailored solutions. Drive sales performance Deliver against sales targets and KPIs, prepare forecasts, and ensure a solid and predictable sales pipeline. Promote solutions and categories Prepare and present commercial offers in line with pricing policies and actively push strategic products and categories. Use data and tools to sell smarter Work intensively with Salesforce and digital sales tools (CRM, configurators, quotation tools) to track opportunities and performance. Represent the brand locally Participate in trade fairs, demos, dealer events, and customer meetings to strengthen Electrolux Professional’s visibility and reputation. Collaborate cross‑functionally Work closely with marketing, pre‑sales, and customer care to deliver a seamless customer experience. WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in services or equipment Previous experience in HORECA or a related industry is a strong advantage Proven experience managing a sales territory and distributor network Strong understanding of the Spanish market Languages: Spanish : fluent Catalan : fluent English : good professional level (additional languages are a plus) Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools Willing to travel regularly within the assigned region Who You Are You are commercially driven , customer‑focused, and motivated by closing deals and growing a territory. You build credibility quickly and enjoy managing multiple stakeholders (dealers, end customers, internal teams). You are autonomous, well‑organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. You combine relationship‑building with structured follow‑up and data‑driven decision‑making.
