Position Summary
In the Online Accounts team, we wear two hats: we hold global responsibility for the development of our online multi‑brand channels (encompassing both B2C and B2B models), and we drive the direct commercial management and marketing activation for major global players like Amazon and Zalando, as well as key regional European partners.
As a Marketplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Camper’s digital footprint. Reporting directly to the Online Accounts Director, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and commercial performance of our marketplace portfolio.
Your mission is dual‑focused: you will serve as the dedicated engine for our Amazon Seller (3P) operations—collaborating closely with the Global Amazon Lead to harmonize with our Vendor model—while simultaneously acting as the commercial lead for our specialized European marketplaces. You will be the architect of growth, designing commercial plans that hit both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability targets.
Responsibilities
Commercial Management & Amazon Seller Excellence
Drive the daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring high health scores, optimal inventory flow, and catalog accuracy.
Collaborate with the Global Amazon Lead to ensure a cohesive strategy between the Vendor (1P) and Seller (3P) models.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle for smaller European marketplaces, from seasonal assortment selection to performance monitoring.
Define and deploy annual and seasonal commercial plans to achieve established sales targets and KPIs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
Partner with Merchandising to define portfolio segmentation, ensuring the right product mix is available for each marketplace and identifying promotional opportunities.
Work alongside the Online Marketing Activation Specialist to co‑create high‑impact media plans and advertising campaigns (AMS/DSP) that drive conversion.
Coordinate with Customer Operations to oversee the creation of product catalogs, ensuring technical attributes are correct and pricing is updated in line with global strategy.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights that optimize the bottom‑line performance.
Requirements
Experienceb> Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in E‑commerce or Marketplace management.
Technical Expertise: Deep, hands‑on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to manage P&Ls, forecast sales, and design promotional calendars.

Languages: High level of spoken and written English is essential (Camper’s corporate language).
Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with ERP/PIM systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: A proactive, “can‑do” attitude with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Location: Availability to work full‑time at our HQs in Inca, Mallorca.
