Job Description
We are hiring Airport Customer Assistants to support one of our key clients in Palma's airport during the Summer Season 2026. Our team is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready for new challenges.
As a transfer assistant, you are the first person the client will meet. You will ensure everything is ready for them upon arrival, provide a friendly welcome and departure at the airport, and facilitate a comfortable and efficient transfer to and from the resort. You will also address any queries and help customers make the most of their holidays.
Responsibilities
Welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
Organise and distribute welcome packs and any special assistance needs.
Manage all administrative procedures in the system, including entering arrivals and departures, updating records, and reporting any incidents.
Service/operational assistance with delays including incident handling.
Capture and log any complaints following the company complaint procedures.
Communicate any last‑minute changes to customer holidays.
Coordinate with the resort to communicate any updates, changes, or relevant information.
Understand risk and safety procedures and escalated where appropriate.
Report any changes or inconsistencies found to our main office.
Requirements
Experience in a customer‑facing role for at least 6 months.
Confident in decision‑making and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Customer‑service oriented and good communication skills.
Rotating shift availability.
Knowledge of relevant holiday resorts, which would be an advantage.
Availability to start in April.
Advanced level of English is a must; other languages will be a plus.
