Job Description The job holder´s main mission is to perform the management activities of CapEx investments and support project management for the A350 FLE Spars Second Source project. For this mission, the job holder works with internal stakeholders in the plant (CapEx manager and FLE Spars MFT) and external stakeholders such as the Capex Central team or FLE Spars external MFT. As the A350 FLE Spar Second Source project’s CapEx manager, the job holder is in charge of ensuring correct funding and planning according to project planning requirements and CapEx policy with a CapEx investment. On the project management support, the job holder’s main activities are to work closely with the Project Leader and Project Management Workpackage Leader to maintain the documentation up to date and keep circularity among different exercises. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, laying the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities CapEx dossier preparation and update. Coordination with Plant CapEx Manager. CapEx investment control: PO’s, cash, committed, pending to be approved. CapEx investment planning for CapEx MFT approvals and cash follow‑up. Support to Project Management files/dossiers preparation and update. Qualifications Education : Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline. Experience : At least 2‑3 years in project management, investment management. Soft skills : High adaptability to fast and uncertain mode, stakeholder management, organized with focus on details and ensuring data circularity, teamwork in networking mode, message/info adaptability to different publics. Languages : Advanced level in English. Technical knowledge : Financial knowledge, Google Apps (Sheets, Slides), CapEx management; project management apps knowledge will be valuable.
