Experteer Overview
In this Principal AI Engineer role, you embed with business teams to identify automation opportunities and design AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity. You’ll prototype and deploy scalable AI solutions across functions, translating business problems into reliable systems. You’ll work globally with cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-ready tools that improve how the company operates, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact. This is an ambitious, fast-moving position that shapes enterprise AI capabilities and drives real-world transformation.

Responsabilidades
• 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML, or applied AI
• Strong experience designing and deploying production-grade systems in cloud environments
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI
• Experience in building/orchestrating/monitoring agentic/multi-agentic AI workflows
• Ability to work across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, front-end interfaces)
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
• Solid system design skills with focus on scalability, reliability, and security
• Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance for enterprise AI
