Overview
In this role you design, build, and operate backend microservices powering AI-enabled loyalty, health, and personalization features for pharmacy retail apps. You will connect data, business logic, and AI capabilities to deliver reliable user experiences at scale, leveraging AI coding agents. You’ll embed model lifecycle, safety layers, and CI/CD practices to keep systems robust and compliant. You collaborate with product and AI teams to translate model behavior into solid backend improvements. This is a chance to shape AI-driven backend platforms at scale within a fast-moving team.

ResponsabilidadesGuide model behavior through feedback loops and evaluation mechanismsBuild and maintain pipelines for fine-tuning and retraining (SFT, LoRA, DPO) with safe feedbackDevelop evaluation tools and safety layers (guardrails, moderation, scoring) for accuracy and complianceIntegrate model lifecycle management into CI/CD workflows including versioning, deployment, rollback, and monitoringCollaborate with data and platform engineers to enable scalable model serving and observability in KubernetesTranslate insights from model behavior into systemic backend improvements
Requisitos principales5+ years of backend engineering experience (.NET Core / C#, Go, or Java)Proven experience building and operating cloud-native microservices (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD)Strong understanding of API design, service contracts, and observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)Experience integrating or operating LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) in productionSolid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practicesFamiliarity with data flows and storage (SQL/NoSQL, queues, message buses)Clear communicator able to reason about model behavior and system design with technical and product stakeholdersClear communicatorCollaborative mindsetStrategic thinkingBackend engineering with .NET Core/C#, Go, or JavaKubernetes and DockerTerraform and ArgoCD
