Overview
In this role you will shape and implement agentic AI solutions for clients, focusing on selecting the right agents and tools, building efficient agentic workflows, and driving adoption. You will work within a cross-functional team to align AI capabilities with business goals while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance. You will engage stakeholders, develop ROI metrics, and enable non-technical users to leverage AI effectively. This position offers impact across transformation projects and deep collaboration with the AI ecosystem.

ResponsabilidadesAdvise on agentic AI strategy and identify high-value use casesCompare and recommend agents and tools (Rovo, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Rovo Dev, Claude Code) based on use case, cost and securityDesign, build and test agents in Rovo Studio and custom solutions with ForgeIntegrate Rovo with other AI tools and external systems via MCP, APIs and connectorsDefine efficiency and ROI metrics and track results over timeSet governance, security and responsible AI practices aligned with GDPR and EU AI ActTrain technical and non-technical users and drive organization-wide adoption
Requisitos principalesProven experience with Atlassian Rovo (agents, Studio, search and chat) and Jira/Confluence administrationBroad knowledge of the generative and agentic AI market with hands-on experience across several platformsStrong skills in agent design, prompt engineering, RAG concepts and agent evaluationExperience with integrations (REST APIs, MCP) and knowledge of Forge or JavaScript/TypeScriptConsulting skills including process analysis, use case discovery and stakeholder communicationKnowledge of data governance, permission models and European AI regulatory frameworkconsulting and stakeholder communicationability to train and coach userschange management and adoption mindsetAtlassian RovoJira administrationConfluence administration
