Lead development of predictive models and AI platforms. Mentor data scientists and machine learning engineers. Ensure scalability, reliability and performance of ML systems. Collaborate with product teams to deliver business value. Experience, Technical & Soft Skills MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field. Expert Python development and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar frameworks. Experience designing end‑to‑end ML pipelines. Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
