Role
The selected candidate will be working as a key contributor to a multi-year project on modernization of the IT infrastructure of the center. The role involves working as an integral part of a project team and will be involved activities such as:
Defining project plans and managing backlogs ;
Monitoring project execution and progress ;
Reporting on project status, risks, and key deliverables ;
Coordinating and contributing to RFI and RFP documents for the procurement of IT hardware and services ;
Managing day-to-day team activities through the application of Agile principles and organizing daily stand-up meetings .
Below is a description of the requirements for the profile
Experience managing complex IT projects acting as Project Manager, Product Owner, PMO function, IT governance ;
PMP experience, certification is considered a plus ;
Experience working with international organization or public sector ;
Experience with IT architecture, network and security ;
Stakeholder management ;
Requirement elicitation and Engineering ;
Cross-functional team coordination .
In addition, the ideal candidate shall have
Very good level of spoken and written English (SLP 3333) ;
A minimum of six years of experience .
