The role focuses on building robust systems and processes to maximize enrollment growth while leading a dedicated team specializing in CRM management and campus visits. You will drive data-informed decision-making, optimize conversion rates, and ensure our recruitment strategies effectively achieve Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment targets. REPORTING TODirector of Marketing, Admissions & Communications OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPSHeads of School, Specialist Coordinators, Marketing Manager Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Leadership & Process ManagementLead the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring systematic approaches that maximize conversion ratesWork alongside the DAM & Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with school FTE targets and growth objectivesDesign and oversee Family Experience Journey (FEJ) initiatives to streamline operations, increase satisfaction and eliminate inefficienciesEstablish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards for all admissions activitiesCreate and maintain admissions policies, procedures, and best practices documentationActively establish, promote and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders and the academic teamConduct regular process reviews and implement continuous improvement measures Enrollment Management & Offer LettersOversee the complete offer letter process, from application review to final enrollment decisionsMake admission recommendations in collaboration with DAM & academic leadershipManage enrollment capacity across grade levels and ensure optimal class compositionsCoordinate with finance department on fee structures and payment processesHandle complex admissions cases and escalated family concernsMonitor enrollment pipeline and forecast achievement against FTE targetsTours, Visits & Stakeholder EngagementOversee campus tour programme and ensure exceptional visitor experiencesHandle VIP visits and prospective families requiring senior-level attentionRepresent the school at education fairs, community events, and networking functionsMaintain awareness of market situation, USP and competitor school offeringMaintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and embassy contactsSupport marketing initiatives Team Leadership & CoordinationManage and mentor 2 Admissions Officers and 1 Admissions CoordinatorCoordinate team responsibilities to ensure a seamless family experienceConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessionsFoster collaborative environment while maintaining individual accountabilityProvide training and support for new systems, processes, and admissions best practices Data Analysis & KPI ManagementEstablish comprehensive data collection systems to track key performance indicatorsGenerate regular reports on conversion rates, enrollment trends, and recruitment effectivenessAnalyze admissions funnel performance to identify optimization opportunitiesMaintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and accreditation purposes Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesData-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-makingExceptional organizational and project management skillsCultural sensitivity and international mindsetResults-oriented with focus on continuous improvementStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Success MetricsAchievement of annual FTE enrollment targetsImprovement in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion ratesReduction in admissions process cycle timesIncrease in family satisfaction scoresTeam performance and professional development outcomeREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - mandatory.Postgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent) - preferred.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions or students recruitment - mandatory.Background in education, services, or regulated environments - desirable.English & Spanish at bilingual level - mandatory.
