Key Responsibilities Manage and review delivery notes and operational documentationKeep internal records and files up to dateProvide administrative support to the Operations teamAssist with reports and data updatesCommunicate in English when required (mainly spoken) Requirements Previous experience in an administrative roleHigh level of spoken EnglishBasic knowledge of office tools (Excel, Google Workspace, xcskxlj etc.)Comfortable using AI tools as support for administrative tasks (recommended)Organized and detail-oriented profile What We Offer Stable, full-time positionSalary: €18,000 gross per year
