The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, capable of handling a high volume of invoices while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, verify, and record domestic and international supplier invoices.Manage payments and bank reconciliations.Review discrepancies and resolve supplier issues.Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.Collaborate with the purchasing department and other teams to ensure correct expense allocation.Prepare periodic accounts payable and cash flow reports.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures.RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.Strong knowledge of the full supplier cycle.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Intermediate/advanced English (additional languages are a plus). xcskxlj Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
