Our headquarters are based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with additional hubs in Marbella, Spain (Accounting) and London, UK (Enrolment, Marketing and Digital).You share our values: Development, Distinctiveness, Joint commitment, Openness and Sense of service.Accounting SpecialistPermanent contract / Marbella, SpainMain responsibilities & tasks:Oversee GL, AP, and technical accounting operationsPrepare and present monthly, quarterly & annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal controlsLead budgeting, forecasting & audit processesCollaborate cross-functionally with legal, tax & finance teamsManage relationships with external auditors, and other financial professionals, culminating in a timely and accurate audit process.Experience with reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting documentation.Candidate's Profile:✅ 7+ years of post-qualification experience✅ Deep knowledge of GAAP and regulatory frameworks, IFRS a plus✅ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills✅ Excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus.✅ Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency (MS Dynamics is a plus)✅ Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines✅ High attention to detail with a strong grasp of the big picture✅ Experience preparing statutory financialsIf you're a self-starter with a business mindset and a passion for delivering results, we'd love to hear from you!
