Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the Barcelona accounting operations and support the Finance Manager with closing, tax reporting, and treasury activities. You will help track branch costs and drive the digitalization of ordering and invoicing systems. You’ll work within a matrix, cross‑functionally with HR and IT, to ensure accurate financial and administrative processes. This position offers a chance to shape local finance governance while collaborating with an international team.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in SAP (A3 is a plus)
- Knowledge of accounting and administrative management
- Good understanding of local tax regulations
- Strong client communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and cross-functional environments
- Project management and cross-functional coordination ability
