Experteer Overview As an Accountant at Keyfactor, you will prepare accurate monthly financial statements and oversee close processes. You’ll manage AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and tax information coordination while ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and support audits. - Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitoring collections
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processing and posting invoices
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and cash movements
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure timely accounting of tax information from tax department
- Perform detailed account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing budget variances
- Support internal and external audits
- Implement improvements to accounting processes and systems
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations
- Train and mentor junior accounting staffResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting practices and finance with experience implementing financial solutions
- Experience preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Expert analytical and technical skills, excellent communication and project management
- Ability to lead small projects and train peers
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and compliance
