Today, we're investing in the next chapter of our wholesale business across Spain and Portugal.We're hiring an Account Managers to join our Spanish Wholesale team, covering:Catalonia / LevanteThis is a home-based, field-focused roles with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organisation.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing Clarks' wholesale business across Catalona / Levante.You'll manage existing retail customers, open new accounts, build long-term commercial relationships and act as a true ambassador for the Clarks brand.This is a hands-on field sales role. You'll spend much of your time visiting customers, presenting collections, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring retailers have the support they need to succeed.What You'll Be DoingManaging and developing an assigned sales territoryBuilding strong relationships with independent retailers and wholesale customersIdentifying and securing new business opportunitiesPresenting seasonal collections and driving sell-in performanceNegotiating commercial agreements and trading termsSupporting customers with product, merchandising and seasonal planningMonitoring sales, stock and commercial opportunitiesWorking closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experienceProviding market insights and customer feedback to support future business decisionsPlanning and managing regular travel throughout Catalonia / LevanteWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business within Catalonia / LevanteWe're particularly interested in candidates who bring:5+ years of wholesale sales experienceExperience within footwear, fashion or a related consumer goods sectorExisting retailer relationships within their territoryA strong track record of winning and growing businessExcellent communication and negotiation skillsThe ability to work independently and manage your own territoryStrong organisation and planning skillsA full driving licence and willingness to travel extensivelyLanguage RequirementsSpain RolesProfessional fluency in SpanishBusiness English preferredExceptional commercial candidates with strong customer networks will be considered even if their English is not fluent.Catalonia / LevanteCandidates should ideally be based in:BarcelonaTarragonaLleidaGironaValenciaAlicanteWhy Join Clarks?This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Iberia team at a pivotal moment.
