Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
DUTIES AND ROLE
The IWC will be responsible to create and maintain up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ.
The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation.
The IWC will also be responsible to control the mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software license manager for the CSU.
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL.
Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio.
Practical experience as license manager.
