Bluewater Yachting is seeking a Mate for a 26m private sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca. This role involves assisting the Captain and maintaining high service levels for up to 6 guests and 3 crew members. The yacht primarily sails in Greece during the summer months.The ideal candidate must possess certifications such as STCW and Yachtmaster Offshore, along with sailing experience and excellent service qualities. A non-smoker who speaks English and Spanish is preferred.
