Overview Nordex Group Sarriguren, Chartered Community of Navarre, SpainApplication Manager - IT Applications (m/f/d)Open to applicants in Sarriguren, Navarre region.Responsibilities Support and management of various IT applications, including SCADA systems, on Windows and Linux platformsEnsuring the operation of responsible applications in 3rd level support, including coordination with 1st and 2nd level supportTechnical analysis and troubleshooting for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st or 2nd levelScripting and data analysis to identify and resolve system issues (e.g., writing scripts to restore missing data, analyzing system connections and performance)Diagnosing and resolving issues related to data availability, system connectivity, and network performanceCollaborating with internal teams to develop optimizations and solutions for system challengesCreating and maintaining documentation and guidelines for 1st and 2nd level supportYour Profile Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experienceExperience in supporting and managing IT applicationsStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systemsExperience with PowerShell and databasesAnalytical thinking and the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshootingHigh results orientation and quality awarenessProactive mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approachTeam player with strong communication skills in an international environmentFluent English skills (spoken and written); ideally German or Spanish skills2-3 years of professional experience in a similar roleNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
