THE ROLE We are looking for a Wholesale Back Office to join our team and support the administrative operations of our wholesale department. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion. The ideal candidate will assist with catalog management, reporting, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations related to the Wholesale department. YOUR CHALLENGE Catalog Management Create and manage product catalogs on our platforms (JOOR), ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Coordinate with teams to gather product details and images. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to track sales, inventory, and performance metrics. Analyze data to support the decision‑making process for the wholesale team. Administrative Support Communicate with internal teams to ensure all administrative needs are met effectively. Operational Assistance Assist in the organization of wholesale events and presentations when needed. Ensure the smooth execution of daily back‑office operations. Marketing Assistance Assist on Wholesalels Marketing activities when necessary. YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF… Experience Previous experience in an administrative or back‑office role is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is an advantage. Skills Proficiency in Excel is essential (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge Interest in fashion and understanding of wholesale business processes. Experience with cataloging platforms or CRM systems is a plus. Personal Attributes Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Team player with strong communication skills. Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for working in a creative environment.
