Web Designer (UX/UI)Contract Duration: 6–12 months + extensionsLocation: Remote from SpainStart Date: Early January 2026Utilisation: 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)Language: Fluent in Spanish & EnglishHourly Rate: €25–€27 (Gross)Requirements5+ years of experience as a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer.4+ years of experience in Figma (mandatory).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong foundation in user-centered design, UX heuristics, and usability principles.Excellent communication skills (internal team & client-facing).Proven experience designing responsive, mobile-first layouts.Experience delivering high-quality design for complex web/app interfaces (accessibility, scalability, responsiveness).Strong design sense with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability.Proactive mindset, independence, and desire for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality UI assets and web interfacesEnsure usability, accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness across all digital design output.Deliver intuitive, mobile-first, user-centered designs using best industry practices.Recommend new UX/UI features, improvements, and best-practice enhancements.Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints through proper governance and adherence to design rules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.If interested, please apply with an up to date CV
