Factorial is entering a new chapter. What started as an HR platform is evolving into a broader AI company that helps businesses connect their operations, make better decisions, and get work done. This evolution creates a defining opportunity for our brand. As we expand beyond our original category, we need to shape how the market understands Factorial, what makes our approach to AI different, and why our vision matters to businesses everywhere. We need a brand that reflects the ambition of our product, builds trust with decision-makers, and stands out in an increasingly crowded market. As VP Brand & Communications, you will own how Factorial is seen, heard, and remembered. You'll define our global brand strategy, lead creative excellence, shape our corporate narrative, and build our presence across media, industry conversations, and the wider business community. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll lead a multidisciplinary organisation spanning brand, creative, content, communications, and PR, working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and People. This is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of a company with international reach, ambitious growth plans, and a clear point of view on the future of work and AI. Your mission is to turn Factorial's vision into a distinctive, trusted, and commercially effective brand. What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Positioning Own Factorial's global brand strategy, including positioning, architecture, identity, tone of voice, and corporate narrative. About Factorial Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action. Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries. Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work. But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context. Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports. AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is. Our values We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses. We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it. We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other. We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them.
