ph3Overview /h3 pAmentum is seeking a highly motivated Visit Support Team (VST) Analyst to support the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) mission across multiple overseas locations. The VST Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring technical, logistical, and travel support for shipboard assessment events, including TSRA, BMDRA, and other readiness assessments led by the Assessment Director (AD). This role combines operational coordination, configuration management, travel system support, and technical data processing in support of Navy maintenance and readiness programs. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide comprehensive technical and travel services during TSRA, BMDRA, and other shipboard assessments. /li liCoordinate directly with the Assessment Director to validate tasking agendas, current procedures, and ship configuration data. /li liMaintain and update the Discrepancy Documentation Tool (DDT), including daily uploads and final TMT file submission within 10 business days post-visit. /li liDevelop subsystem binders and standardized materials to support each assessment, including procedures, SOPs, blue sheets, and logistics information. /li liFacilitate ship access, system permissions (AWN, OMMS-NG, R-Supply), and clearance requirements for each visit. /li liTrack and validate all repair 2-Kilos for JFMM compliance and ensure accurate input into the DDT. /li liGenerate and deliver daily and final reports, including Parts Reports, Action Summaries, CASREP logs, and CMP status updates. /li liMonitor the VSB program and interface with TYCOM when discrepancies arise in JSNs or bulkloaded data. /li liProvide Defense Travel System (DTS) support as a Non-Approving Routing Official, including guidance on authorizations, vouchers, JTR compliance, and interfacing with the Commercial Travel Office. /li liAssist with logistics and admin coordination for INSURV inspections across designated locations. /li liMaintain a check-in/check-out log and support travel coordination for all assessors. /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul liActive Secret Clearance. /li liMinimum of four (4) years’ experience utilizing 3M System or Navy assessment software (e.g., OMMS-NG, AWN). /li liMinimum of four (4) years’ experience working with the Navy Supply System and 3M processes related to parts acquisition (R-Supply, OneTouch, LogiQuest, Haystack). /li liMinimum of four (4) years’ specialized experience in shipboard configuration management (CDMD-OA), including review, validation, and processing of configuration changes. /li liWorking knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liDetail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage documentation and deadlines under time-sensitive mission requirements. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications (not required) /h3 ul liPrior experience supporting FDRMC, SURFMEPP, or NAVSEA readiness assessments. /li liExperience with SCLSIS, ICMP, CASREPs, CMP feedback, and Navy logistics tools. /li liFamiliarity with Navy maintenance procedures, including MRCs, TRDs, and CAP processes. /li liPrevious appointment as a DTS Reviewer or Routing Official with practical experience in training, auditing, or resolving travel issues. /li liFamiliarity with assessment coordination at Aegis Ashore sites or on forward-deployed Navy ships. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 p$80,000 - 90,000 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
