We are based in Valencia, Spain, but are currently offering a REMOTE opportunity for a Digital Verification Team Lead, ideally based in Spain. We are working with a leading innovator in high‑performance, low‑power intelligent processing solutions to build a team of Verification Engineers. Team Lead Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of digital verification engineers Drive strategy and execution across IP and SoC projects Coordinate with other teams Support hiring and onboarding of new team members Requirements Functional verification SystemVerilog and UVM methodology IP or SoC level verification / IP or SoC digital design verification Strong proficiency in C (mandatory) Highly regarded: experience with simulation tools (e.g. Questa) We are open to considering a wide range of seniority levels.
