The Bank is a pioneer in the area of climate finance, and is currently a market leader in this segment with a complete offer for all its clients.What you will do:PROVIDE SUPPORT on project managementASSIST & COORDINATE ON BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN (BCP) and IT security (ISS) activitiesTRAIN STAFFs AND RAISE AWARENESS ON BCP and ISS topicsMANAGE internal delegations processes (creation, update, deletion, etc.)User support on core banking system (production and UAT)Main duties:- Information system security (ISS): Provide support on all IT security related tasks from the CLSi (Local Coordinator of the IT Security) roadmap (access review, phishing exercise, etc.), contribute to improve ISS staff awareness, update application rating, perform system risk analyses, etc.- Business Continuity Plan (BCP): Provide support on the definition, improvement and deployment of the BCP strategy (BCP organization, BCP documentations, BCP tests, etc.)- Perform training of the new staffs on the BCP and ISS, regularly update the training material, and regularly raise the awareness of all staffs on BCP and ISS through different communication channels (emails, meetings, exercises, etc.)- Projects: Help on the coordination of transversal projects, follow-up task allocation with each project stakeholder, monitor project timeline, prepare project documentation, coordinate testing and implementation phase, etc.- User support: follow-up on production and testing issues of the core banking system, coordinate between users and IT support team, study process optimization, operational risk reduction, data xcskxlj quality, etc.- Miscellaneous: participate to other ad-hoc transverse tasks assigned to ORG department (procedures, budget, etc.)- Facilitate transformation and change management in processes and organizationDesign and lead trainings / organize improvement or ideation workshops for an eclectic audience (managers, technical teams, trades or support)Basic Requirements:Degree in Banking/FinanceTechnical Skills:- Fluent in Spanish/English (French is a plus)- Master degree in Banking/Finance- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and power Point particularly)- A first experience in the banking sector or in project management is a plusDo you want to be one of us?
