Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) Barcelona invites applications for tenure‑track Assistant Professor positions in management, especially in the areas of marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Appointments are expected to begin in September 2027. We seek candidates with strong research potential who hold a PhD, or expect to complete one by the end of summer 2027. The Department of Economics and Business at UPF provides a vibrant research environment, reflected in its strong publication record and success in highly competitive international grant programs. Tenure‑track professors have few administrative responsibilities and are expected to focus on producing excellent research. The deadline for complete applications is September 6, 2026.
