What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Field Process Support Technician to provide direct technical support to our clients worldwide. The role involves supporting machine commissioning, analysing production processes and providing technical solutions to operational issues.

Your Main Responsibilities
Carry out commissioning of extrusion and/or injection machines at customer facilities.
Provide technical support during incidents, implementing effective solutions in real time.
Analyse production processes, identify limiting factors and recommend improvements.
Record and document process data, preparing clear and structured technical reports.
Verify customer samples when required.
Support the Technical Director in other technical tasks and projects.
What You Need to Succeed
MANDATORY: Experience in commissioning extrusion or injection machines.
English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international clients (essential requirement).
Availability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make decisions on site.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong technical communication skills.
Experience in process documentation and industrial process optimisation is a plus.
Location
Badalona (Barcelona), with frequent travel to customer sites.
Contract type
Permanent contract.
Working hours
Full‑time.
