Technical Support Specialist - Portuguese & English (Based in Spain) Are you fluent in Portuguese and English? Do you have knowledge of electronics and IT, and enjoy helping customers solve technical issues? Then we'd love to meet you At V2C, a fast-growing company designing and manufacturing smart EV chargers, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia (Spain). Your main responsibilities will include:Providing technical assistance by phone, email and video call to our international clients and installers. Diagnosing issues and offering effective troubleshooting remotely. Explaining product functionalities in a clear and professional manner. Collaborating with internal teams (post-sales, QA, R&D) to resolve technical cases. Logging support cases in an organized and accurate way. What we're looking for:Fluent in French and English (C1 or above). Living in Spain - ideally near Valencia or willing to relocate. Solid understanding of electronics and basic IT/networking. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. A proactive, positive and problem-solving mindset. Spanish is a plus, but not required. What we offer:Full-time, permanent position.
