About the role
We're looking for an Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Madrid. You'll own the early stages of the recruitment process, CV screening, phone screenings, and first-round interviews for engineering profiles, then hand qualified candidates over to our Business Managers for the final stages.
This is a role with real growth potential: as you build track record, you'll take on more responsibility, eventually stepping into a senior recruiter position with ownership of KPI monitoring, process improvement, performance measurement, and input into business decisions.
What you'll do
Manage the full early-stage recruitment funnel for engineering roles: CV screening, phone screens, and first-round interviews
Assess technical and cultural fit before handing candidates to Business Managers
Keep candidate pipelines and CRM data accurate and up to date
Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering profiles
As you grow into the role: monitor recruitment KPIs, propose and implement process improvements, and support hiring decisions with data
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience as an Engineering Recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally within engineering/technical staffing
Strong CV screening and interviewing skills
Comfortable working with recruitment CRMs/ATS
Fluent Spanish and good English
Motivated to grow into a senior, more strategic role over time
What we offer
Office-based for the first 6 months, then 1 remote day/week
Clear path to grow into a senior recruiter role
Modern offices in the Bernabéu area of Madrid
