In this role, you will act as the technical expert for sterile manufacturing processes, partnering with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, process robustness, and operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical subject matter expert for sterile manufacturing processes and products.Provide technical stewardship for commercial products and support New Product Introductions (NPI) at CMOs.Lead lifecycle management activities, including process, raw material, and packaging material changes.Drive process improvements focused on quality, yield, efficiency, and cost optimization.Support technology transfers for sterile products, injectable semi-finished products, and medical device assembly and packaging.Lead investigations, troubleshooting activities, and risk assessments related to product and process deviations.Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and execution.Review and approve manufacturing specifications, protocols, reports, and other technical documents.What You'll BringMaster's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.8-12 years of experience in Manufacturing Science and Technology, with a strong focus on sterile products (injectables, biologics, medical device etc.) in a GMP environment.Proven expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes such as cell culture, fermentation, purification, sterile fill-finish, and packaging.
