About Tinybird At Tinybird, we help developers and data teams take flight by unlocking the power of real-time data to build data products faster. With Tinybird, developers can easily ingest data from multiple sources, query it using the SQL they already know and love, and publish results as low-latency, high-concurrency APIs for their applications --- all in minutes, not hours or days. Our mission is to make real-time data accessible and actionable for every developer. Tinybird is loved by developers and trusted by data engineers at some of the world's leading companies. We're growing quickly and expanding our marketing team to amplify our reach and accelerate our demand engine. About the Role We're hiring a EU based growth lead to help drive expansion of our product suite. Thousands of developers try our products every quarter. Your job is to create much more of that demand, and to make sure the right people become real conversations with our sales team. This is a builder role, not a channel-management or pure strategy role. You'll work directly with our CEO, engineering, design, content, RevOps and sales. What you'll do Run the funnel. You own signups, activation, and qualified pipeline from developer-led sources. You'll build one weekly view from signup to activation to opportunity, report it, and act on it. Make sure no hot lead goes cold. You'll define what "high intent" means with RevOps and sales, and build the scoring, routing and alerts so those leads get a human touch within one business day. Ship something public every week. You'll partner with engineers and our content team on demos, examples, teardowns and build-in-public posts that ride what developers are talking about right now. You set the calendar and priorities, and you build and write a meaningful share yourself. Get Tinybird into AI-native workflows. This is a new challenge for us and requires experimentation and the right ability to test and iterate. It means agent skills, MCP servers, plugins for Cursor, Claude and OpenAI, and showing up well in AI assistants' answers. You'll test, measure what drives signups, and double down or drop it quickly. Run focused campaigns, one at a time. Each has a target list, an offer, and a sales follow-up. Improve activation. You'll own the lifecycle emails and in-product nudges in HubSpot, with the goal of getting people to a first query, not just an open. Reallocate fast. You'll shift time and budget toward what produces pipeline, reviewing monthly and adjusting within weeks. Your first 90 days A single, trusted signup-to-pipeline dashboard, reviewed weekly with sales and the CEO. Routing and first-touch SLAs live, with the first-touch rate measured. A weekly public shipping cadence running, and at least one targeted campaign launched with sales follow-up. What you bring You've owned a signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue number at a developer-facing product (devtools, data, infrastructure, observability, security or similar), and you can tell us specifically what you changed and what happened. You're technical enough to build. You write SQL, spin up a working demo, read an API reference, and use AI coding tools daily. Engineers take your work seriously because you ship it. You've marketed to technical buyers, from individual developers up to platform and data leads. You move fast and learn in public. Show us something you shipped in the last 90 days: an experiment, a demo, a campaign, a side project. About 5+ years in growth, demand gen or developer marketing, with enough experience to work independently and enough appetite to still do the work yourself. Nice to have Experience with ClickHouse, Kafka, or analytics and real-time data infrastructure Hands-on HubSpot, or comparable CRM and attribution tooling A network among AI-native builders, or experience growing a developer community Experience with a PLG-to-enterprise transition Why You'll Love Working at Tinybird You'll join a fast-growing, transparent, and collaborative company where your work has real impact. We're remote-first, but you'll have opportunities to connect with your teammates at company offsites and events. Learning and growth are part of our DNA --- we encourage curiosity and initiative. Diversity and inclusion are central to our values. We welcome all applicants, even if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications. Real technical problem, real customers, real traction --- this is not a pre-product-market-fit role You'll own the function from day one with huge opportunity to make an impact for the business and direct access to the founding team The product is genuinely differentiated in a market that is growing fast How We Work This is a fully remote role. If you're based in Madrid or nearby, we'd love to see you at the office, where the team regularly gets together to work and spend time together. As we're in the early stages, your contributions will have a significant impact on everything we do. We believe in transparency, so you'll always be in the loop about what's happening. Check out our blog or follow us on LinkedIn to find out more about what's important to us. This role includes both cash compensation and a stock options grant. You can find our typical starting salary ranges for this role listed above. The final offer within this range will take into account several factors, including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business needs, and geographical location. We also offer: Unlimited PTO. We will not count the days you take off, but we insist you take at least 22 days off per year. Plus, your birthday off and public holidays... but, who's counting? Up to $3,000 home office setup allowance. Flexible remote work, with team meetups and offsites throughout the yea #J-18808-Ljbffr
