Here atwe are looking for aTechnical Business Analystto join our team in an international insurance project.Location:Open to remote from any part of Spain.Develop use case, and option-impact assessment to determine and recommend the best solution to adopt across our core insurance, workflow, data and automation platforms.Perform analysis across both systems and business processes to establish a good and aligned understanding the root cause of any open issues / underlying requirement.Responsible for understanding the regulatory obligations that the project impactsElicit and document clear business requirements, ensuring the needs of both internal and external parties are reconciled.Work alongside third-party providers to ensure the scoped solution fully meets the business need and achieve the envisaged benefits.Provide support for testing, implementation, and training activities to ensure the seamless delivery of change.Responsible for active risk management throughout the lifecycle of the project.Responsible for supporting the testing phases.Responsible for supporting the project manager with developing the project plan.Prioritise reports for migration based on business value and usage.Advanced level of English.~2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in the delivery of Business Analysis artefacts (eg as-is analysis, use case, process design, functional specification, UAT, etc.) on business and IT change projects, preferably in the Financial Services sector (e.G.
