Experteer Overview
As Technical Architect you shape the technical direction of Sage HR’s growth product. You work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to define architectural patterns and guide teams. You act as a technical authority, coach, and hands-on problem solver to address scale, debt, and evolving service- and event-driven architectures. The role is embedded with engineering and includes a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivering impact at scale. This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, offering a strategic, high-impact opportunity to influence a central HR ecosystem used by millions.
