Tech-Sales (Presales) Engineer – Iberia | MadridWe’re growing our team and looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong commercial mindset and solid technical foundations in Digital Signage, LED displays, and Professional AV.If you love engaging with customers, shaping solutions, and influencing decisions, this role puts you right at the center of the action.What You’ll DoBe the face of our technology• Lead customer meetings, demos, and presentations.• Understand customer needs and turn them into compelling solutions.• Build trust with decision-makers across Spain and Portugal.• Deliver product and solution training to partners, integrators, and endcustomers. • Provide internal training to upskill the sales team on new technologies and product updates.Shape winning solutions• Co-design standout Digital Signage and LED solutions with the sales team.• Prepare highimpact proposals and value-driven arguments.• Support RFP/RFQ processes with clear technical-commercial documentation.• Create training materials (playbooks, demo scripts, guides) to support consistent solution positioning. • Train channel partners on how to present, size, and position our solutions.Drive business growth• Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.• Position our portfolio as the preferred choice in the market.• Act as a strategic advisor for integrators, distributors, and endcustomers.• Support partner onboarding through structured training and enablement programs. • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and workshops as a technical trainer and brand ambassador.Technical Skills• Solid understanding of LED technologies (pixel pitch, brightness, HDR, refresh rate).• Knowledge of Digital Signage ecosystems (CMS, media players, SoC).• Basic AV integration: signal distribution, controllers, connectivity.• Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagrams.Commercial Skills• Excellent communication and storytelling.• Consultative sales approach and strong relationshipbuilding.• Ability to simplify technical concepts into business value.• Confident presenter (in person & online).• Strategic mindset and strong ownership.Experience & Background• Experience in Presales, Technical Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.• Background in AV, Digital Signage, LED, IT, or related tech sectors.• Fluent in Spanish & English; Portuguese is a strong plus.• Experience with integrators, distributors, or enterprise clients is highly valued.Location• Based in Madrid • Willing to travel across Spain & Portugal
