The next great GTM company is being built in Barcelona At Enginy we’re building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. No wasted time, just results. We are one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing companies, ranked #3 in the Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026, and we're just getting started. After raising a €5M seed round, we're scaling internationally and growing the team behind the product. That means more users, more data, more integrations and harder engineering problems exactly at the stage where strong technical leadership has an outsized impact. We're looking for a Tech Lead who wants to build great software and great engineering teams. You'll lead from the code, set the technical direction for your team, and help define how Enginy builds as the company scales. You'll join early enough to shape the architecture, standards and culture at a stage where customer demand already creates real engineering challenges. About the role This is a hands‑on leadership role. We're not looking for a full‑time manager who has stepped away from the code, nor for a senior engineer who wants to stay heads‑down. We need someone who ships alongside the team while raising the bar for everyone around them. AI is changing how we build software, and we're leaning into that shift aggressively. We use AI extensively across the engineering workflow, not just to write code faster, but to rethink how engineers design, build, test, debug, and ship. We want someone who is excited to push these tools to their limits, experiment with new ways of working, and help define what a high‑performing, AI‑native engineering team looks like. Success means a team that delivers fast and reliably, a platform that scales with our growth, and engineers who grow under your leadership. You'll own technical delivery end‑to‑end: Problem → design → build → ship → scale → learn What you’ll own Technical direction : make architecture decisions and technical trade‑offs across high‑throughput backend workflows, integrations, AI‑powered features and web experiences Hands‑on delivery : write production code, unblock the team, and own complex problems end to end Engineering standards : define and raise the bar on code quality, code reviews, testing, observability and reliability Team leadership : mentor engineers, support their growth, and contribute to help us scale in the market Product partnership : work closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, scope work realistically and balance speed with long‑term quality Scalability : anticipate what breaks at the next order of magnitude (users, data, integrations) and prepare the platform for it About you 6+ years of software engineering experience, including time leading a team or acting as technical lead Strong backend fundamentals: system design, data‑intensive workflows, APIs and integrations Comfortable working across the stack, with a product mindset you care about the "why", not just the "how" Track record shipping and scaling products used by real customers, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Experience mentoring engineers and setting engineering practices that stick Clear communicator in English, able to explain technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders Bias for action, strong ownership you lead by example Nice to have Experience building AI/LLM-powered features in production Startup or scale‑up experience during a high‑growth phase Experience with sales, data enrichment or GTM tooling What we offer Competitive salary tailored to your experience. Enticing performance bonuses that you won't see anywhere else. Flexible remuneration through Cobee. Pension Plan through Arca. Short Fridays all year round and extra days of vacation for your birthday and Geneversary. A discount on a premium gym (with spa access) just a step away. Free fresh fruit to help you care for your health. Aticco office so you can work with stunning views—an inspiring and energizing workspace. Continuous learning, including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, workshops, and opportunities to attend SaaS conferences. Career growth opportunities, as we won't let your dedication and results go unnoticed. Team gatherings and celebrations, because we love to build connections and celebrate achievements together. A collaborative culture because we foster hard work, teamwork, transparency, and respect, encouraging open communication and a positive environment where your voice matters. If you're not sure you meet 100% of the requirements — we still want to hear from you. Research shows that candidates from underrepresented groups often self-select out even when they're a strong match. If this role excites you and you believe you can make an impact at Enginy AI, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
