Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is looking for a Tax Professional to join the Tax team in Spain, with a transversal role within the tax department and a broad view of the group’s taxation in Spain. How to contribute to our vision Monitor new tax regulatory developments and analysis of their impact in Spain (incl. Basque and Navarre tax regimes) Review of tax implications in Spain of cross-border transactions (financing, services, repatriation of funds, etc.) Support from the Spanish tax perspective on potential investment/divestment transactions or internal reorganizations Evaluate and assist in the potential application of tax incentives in Spain Provide tax advice internally to other global functions in Spain (e.G., HR, Finance or Legal teams) Support in the event of tax controversy matters Contribute to best practices in tax governance matters (processes) in Spain What You Need to Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, And Experience University degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration Specific academic background (or postgraduate studies) in Tax At least around 5 years of experience, including Big 4 or similar, tax law firms, or relevant in-house experience High level of English.
