You will be responsible for the overall Tax matters in line with the Group, reporting to the Finance Manager in Spain. This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth. As a member of the Finance department at Plenitude Renewables you will be responsible for : You will coordinate and improve the tax compliance system (. direct and indirect taxes, local taxes in coordination with the local Finance Manager; You will advise on day-to-day questions on local tax matters involved in the investments carried out by the Group in the Spanish area; You will monitor local tax legislation and advise on general tax matters in line with the Group tax policy and procedures. You will create a link with the business structure in order to detect potential tax impacts to be analyzed You will support the HQ in specific projects (. reorganizational or optimization projects) and Group reporting procedures on international tax matters (. CFC, hybrids, Transfer pricing); You will support the M&A process in coordination with local Finance Manager and HQ; You will support tax audits activities in coordination with external advisors, local Finance Manager and HQ. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : Bachelor or master’s degree in economics or Law; Ideally a previous work experience of in a Tax department of Accounting Firm or Law Firm (preferred) or similar in-house experience Previous work experience in energy sector is a plus Fluent in English and Spanish.
