Your mission
In this generic offer, we are looking for people to join us to prepare, develop and execute R&D&I projects, technological services (analysis and testing, technical advice) and technical training for companies.
What You Will Do

Provide services and advice to external and internal clients.
Coordinate and collaborate with different departments of AIMPLAS.
Realization of States of the art.
Prepare offers, job proposals.
Prepare project proposals according to institutional templates.
Participate in the realization of the budget.
Carry out technical developments.
Pilot plant tests (Compounding, extrusion, injection, composite formulation)
Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment it handles, including carrying out or supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, internal calibrations, etc.
Search and select new equipment and / or accessories according to the needs and possibilities.
Analysis of results and drafting of conclusions and reports.
Presentation of results.
Participate in the activities of scientific dissemination, technological foresight, dissemination and communication.

Your profile

You have high analytical skills, organization, strong communication and influencing skills, initiative, creativity, flexibility, customer orientation, leadership skills, self‑motivated and able to independently lead, you are a team player, people oriented (cooperation and empathy).
You have a degree, preferably PhD in the related fields: materials engineering, chemistry or an equivalent combination. Additional requirements: valuable specific Master's degree in plastics materials.
Fluent conversation in English and Spanish.
Knowledges in plastic sector and their transformation processes (ATL, AFP, SMC...). We are looking for a versatile profile with great business development capacity and experience in the execution of R&D projects.
