Talent Acquisition Specialist – Retail & HQHoff, a Spanish sneaker brand, invites a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting for Retail and HQ positions, ensuring premium talent attraction and a candidate experience aligned with HOFF’s premium brand.ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end selection for Retail positions (Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, etc.) and HQ across business areas.Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.Build talent pipelines for recurring Retail roles, anticipate hiring needs, and support opening requests.Identify new talent sources and attraction strategies tailored to each profile and market.Guarantee an excellent candidate experience aligned with premium positioning and culture.Ensure agile selection processes with continuous and clear communication to managers and candidates.Support onboarding of new HQ hires and provide administrative assistance related to people processes.Maintain ATS, talent databases, and recruiting tools for efficient process management.Track selection KPIs (time‑to‑fill, pipeline, conversion) and propose process improvement opportunities.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or personnel selection.Proven experience managing Retail hiring; additional experience in corporate/HQ roles valued.Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle, premium brands, or consumer goods valued.Demonstrated ability to work with high vacancy volume and dynamic environments.Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruiting tools.Hands‑on, organized, business‑oriented, capable of managing multiple simultaneous processes.High level of English essential for international and multi‑market processes.LocationAlicante – Headquarters (Headquarters).EEO StatementWe celebrate diversity and are committed to building teams that represent people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
