This role is pivotal in leveraging the full potential of our product suite while ensuring seamless integration experiences for our customers, from SMB to enterprise levels. You will often employ a project management approach to guide both external customers and internal teams through the integration process.Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issuesAct as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questionsManage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutionsOversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testingDevelop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needsWork with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challengesMaintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrationsCreate and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrationsCommunicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issuesGuide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deploymentQualifications2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong understanding of API integrationsProven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExperience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAPFamiliarity with SQL or other query languages is a plusTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
