Experteer Overview In this role you will lead system development and ensure alignment between hardware and software efforts. You will define and coordinate validation plans for vehicle systems and ECUs, monitor testing, and guide validation teams to resolve issues. You will coordinate project requirements, schedules, and risk mitigations while driving product–software convergence and adherence to standards. - Proven track record in automotive systems development and validation
- Experience with embedded software architecture and functional validation
- Engineering degree (or MSc) in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, or related automotive field
- Strong system architecture definition and requirements management skills
- Knowledge of embedded software architectures, validation methods, safety regulations, and FMEA
- Project coordination and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Interpersonal, proactive, and able to work in international environments
