Coordinate with Sourcing on direct material supply continuity (resins, steel and tinplate, wads, washers, components), supplier performance and shortage resolution.
Support fiscal year-end inventory counts, working capital timing and audit requirements.
People and capability
Lead, coach and develop the Closures planning team; set objectives, run one-to-ones and annual reviews, and build planning backup and succession.
