Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade markets, translating business strategy into supply chain plans and ensuring reliable, cost-efficient delivery. You partner with commercial leaders to shape demand, capacity, and asset strategy while maintaining high service levels. You will influence global capabilities and mentor regional teams in a fast‑changing, multi‑market environment. This position offers the chance to impact regional execution and drive cross‑functional collaboration within a leading healthcare company.

Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets, from demand shaping to delivery and service execution
Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders on asset installation/utilization, customer service, and order fulfilment
Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
Partner with commercial leaders to translate strategy into executable supply chain plans and IBP insights
Lead cluster‑wide asset strategies, NPIs, and lifecycle management aligned to demand and business goals
Drive end-to-end cost‑to‑serve optimization while preserving service levels
Collaborate with International and Global Supply Chain teams to improve collaboration, visibility, and execution
Develop and coach in‑market supply chain leaders, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement
Responsabilidades
Experience leading end-to-end supply chain for multiple markets within a regional or global context
Strong IBP involvement with ability to translate demand and capacity into actionable plans
Leadership and people development capabilities across diverse teams
Ability to balance service, growth, and cost trade‑offs and optimize cost‑to‑serve
Strategic thinking with focus on asset efficiency and lifecycle management
