Job Title
Supervisor – Elevation Services
Location: Sabadell, Barberá, Spain
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the technical team (including subcontractors), manage time sheets, control expenses, generate activity reports and track progress.
Provide technical support to clients and prescription staff via telephone, email or in person.
Coordinate with Construction Management for technical needs and assistance.
Control portfolio units by registering in internal systems (SICO) and coordinate and follow up those units.
Manage team personnel, ensure compliance with established policies and processes, deliver technical training, performance management, annual service excellence and technical standards (5‑10‑5, etc.) to align team performance with company needs.
Communicate internally within the team, prepare and conduct meetings.
Guarantee team and client safety by conducting safety courses, analyzing non‑standardized risks, and performing FPA evaluations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the elevator or industrial sector.
Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Languages: B2 level English.
Competencies: Team management, results orientation, conflict resolution.
