Experteer Overview As Strategy Manager at One Strategy, you drive multichannel brand connection solutions and lead cross‑disciplinary workshops. You will shape strategic recommendations, coordinate Insights, Analytics, Content, and Data teams, and push innovative approaches for current clients and pitches. You operate with independence, steering high‑performance teams toward clear objectives. - At least 7 years in a media agency with direct account management and pitch experience
- Deep knowledge of integrated communication across disciplines, channels and touchpoints
- Advanced knowledge of the digital ecosystem
- Experience in performance marketing strategies
- Proficiency in English and Spanish for work deliverables
- Strong use of strategic planning tools, consumer listening, data interpretation, and analytics
