We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive and autonomous Strategy Consultant to join our LATAM Commercial Strategy & Performance team in Madrid. The role will support commercial teams across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico, helping define, execute and monitor sales strategy, improve commercial performance, standardize ways of working and drive data- and AI-enabled transformation across the region.

As the business enters its next phase of growth, the LATAM Commercial Planning team plays a key role in supporting senior management and local leadership teams with commercial strategy, performance management and strategic transformation projects.
This position offers high exposure to regional and country-level stakeholders, combining strategic problem-solving, data-driven analysis, project management and hands‑on business impact across LATAM.
This role will join our growing and successful LatAm Team based in Madrid, reporting to the Commercial Planning Head of LatAm, herself reporting to our LatAm Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the definition and execution of commercial growth strategies across LATAM, including Strategic Plan and Budget processes.
Independently lead commercial strategy and transformation projects across one or several LATAM countries, from problem structuring and analysis to implementation and follow‑up.
Analyze complex sales, pricing, productivity and performance data to identify insights, diagnose challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
Prepare executive‑level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors, Country Managers, LatAm Managing Director Office and regional committees.
Partner with local Sales Performance, Sales Structure and Commercial teams to support decision‑making and performance improvement initiatives.
Drive standardization of commercial KPIs, reporting, processes, tools and best practices across the region.
Contribute to the development of a centralized LATAM data cube and reporting ecosystem, ensuring consistent, reliable and actionable information across markets.
Support projects related to pricing, sales incentives, commercial productivity, salesforce effectiveness and performance management.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve decision‑making, efficiency and commercial impact.
Provide direct support to the Head of Commercial Planning LatAm.
Experience and qualifications
3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business consulting, commercial excellence or a related analytical/strategic role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Proven experience working with data-intensive business problems and translating analysis into clear recommendations.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in an international or multi‑country environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Core competencies
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in data.
Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear workplans, analyses and recommendations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience preparing materials for steering committees, senior management or client‑facing presentations.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage workstreams independently from scoping to execution and delivery.
High level of autonomy, ownership and proactivity; able to move topics forward with limited supervision while knowing when to elevate.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across countries and seniority levels.
Solution‑oriented mindset, comfortable working under tight deadlines and producing high‑quality deliverables.
Curiosity for new technologies, digital transformation and the application of AI to commercial and business challenges.
Availability to travel across LATAM markets when required (approximately once every 3-4 months)
Additional complementary skills will be valued
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
Knowledge of SQL, Python or other analytical tools is a plus.
Experience in advanced analytics or digital transformation projects.
Previous exposure to pricing, sales incentives, salesforce effectiveness or commercial performance management.
Experience coaching or coordinating junior team members would be an asset.
