The PMO Analyst will be instrumental in providing clear visibility into project status and value realization, driving efficient resource allocation, and ensuring the financial viability of our project portfolio. This role demands a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain comprehensive project reporting frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, risks, and issues. /li liAnalyze project data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. /li liPrepare presentations and reports for senior management and executive leadership, providing insights on project performance, value capture, and portfolio health. /li liConduct resource capacity and demand analysis, identifying potential bottlenecks, and recommending solutions to optimize resource allocation across the project portfolio. /li liAssist in validating business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, evaluating financial viability, and assessing return on investment (ROI). /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies, processes, and tools, promoting best practices across the organization. /li liSupport project managers in risk and issue management, providing guidance on mitigation strategies and escalation procedures. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of years of experience and or education, in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. /li li3+ years of progressive experience in a PMO or project‑related role, preferably in a technology‑driven environment. /li liDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining project reporting frameworks and dashboards. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liProficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps). /li liFamiliarity with PMO frameworks and concepts. /li liProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus. /li liFluency in English is required and Portuguese is preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
