Independent Contractors
We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team.
What Will You Be Doing as a Payroll Specialist?
Request payments for independent contractors accurately and on time.
Manage salary updates in Microsoft D365.
Validate independent contractor invoices, including hours and rates.
Handle payroll-related invoice reconciliation issues such as tax, insurance, leave, and pension.
Provide excellent support to internal and external customers on payroll, billing, and wage matters.
Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing laws and client contract terms.
Audit and reconcile reverse People 2.0 invoices with VMS and support month-end closing and other finance/admin tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Fluency in English
Spanish payroll experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll / HR, billing administration or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
Certification in Payroll Administration
Proficiency in payroll software / systems
