We are looking for a Specialist Business Analyst for Billing, Tax & Global Process Migration Tasks Process and Data Flow Analysis: You will analyze end-to-end processes in Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Determination (national/international). Weakness Identification: You will identify bottlenecks and weaknesses in IT-supported process chains and derive concrete suggestions for improvement. Requirements Management: You will translate specialist requirements from Finance and Accounting into technical specifications for our development teams. System Integration and Reporting: You will support the connection of new products to the billing systems and create functional concepts for reporting. Compliance Assurance: You will ensure that all billing and tax determination logic complies with current legal and internal compliance requirements. Focus Billing & Tax: Proven experience in analyzing and designing processes in Billing, Invoicing, and/or Tax Determination (e.g., VAT logic). System Knowledge (A Plus): Practical experience with major ERP or financial systems such as SAP (FI/CO) and/or Infor LN is desirable. Technical Understanding: You are capable of independently analyzing data flows. Basic knowledge of reading common code formats (e.g., SQL queries or script logic) is required to comprehend processes at a technical level.
